General Rules
- 🔐 Lock the house when you are going to away.
- 🚗 Close the gates to the carport after you open them.
- 🤫 Quiet neighbour policy applies. Parties, weddings or other functions are not permitted
- 🍽️ Please always use the cutting boards provided.
- 🚭 No Smoking.
- 👨👩👧👦 No unannounced overnight guests.
- 👶 We welcome families, but when making a booking, regardless of age, if a child will use bed/towels, they should be included as children, not infants.
- #️⃣ Every person in your group must be included in the guest numbers. Just to clarify; a baby is a person, a toddler is a person, a child is a person. If it’s human and has a pulse, it’s a person.
- 💡 If you already made your booking and you were not aware of this, simply alter the reservation to reflect these changes.
- ☑️ We expect you (for insurance purposes and to comply with Airbnb’s terms and conditions) to include the correct number of guests that will be arriving at the property.
- 🪑 Do not move outdoor furniture inside the house.
- 🛋️ Do not move indoor furniture outside the house.
- 🍴 Please do not leave dirty dishes.
- ❄️ Please turn off A/C and lights when you are not using them.
- ❤️ Please report any damages.
Doggie Rules
When you make a reservation through any of the platforms, you must specify that you are bringing a dog (or dogs) with you.
- 🐶🐶 Two Dogs max
- 🙈 Dogs are required to be house trained.
- ⚖️ Dogs cannot be more than 25Kg.
- 🛌 Dogs should only be in the bedroom when they are going to sleep on their beds (if they can sleep outside the bedrooms, even better)
- 🛋️ No dogs are permitted on the furniture or beds.
- 👀 Dogs are to be always supervised.
- 💩Uncollected dog droppings and extra cleaning will incur a $50 fee.
- 💥 Please be mindful of those around you. Excessive barking is to be addressed promptly.
